The only thing MarsEdit is missing now is an iPad version. Browser-based interfaces can be slow and cumbersome, and you must be online to use them. Secondly, I think it’s a big deal that a small developer got it. Until now, MarsEdit only supported HTML editing, but version 3 also adds a new Rich Text editor. I know a lot of companies who would just keep their marbles but it’s great that NewsGator realized they could not support the product and let someone who could take over.
